Jennifer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Delta Staffing Partners. She is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. A proud graduate of Mississippi State University, Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems and an MBA, equipping her with a robust foundation in both the technical and management aspects of business operations. She has served in various roles in managed healthcare including Network Development, Operations, Finance, Population Health & Clinical Operations, and Healthcare Analytics.
Jennifer has 15 years of experience in Reporting & Analytics, providing analytical support, strategic solutions, and operational insight. Her precise, data-driven approach to healthcare management ensures that Delta Staffing Partners is always at the forefront of industry trends, ready to meet the dynamic needs of the healthcare staffing field.
Jennifer's leadership journey spans 12 years, during which time she has fine-tuned her understanding of the nuances of recruiting and retaining the best talent in the healthcare industry. Veronica is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Delta Staffing Partners. She is an accomplished professional with a strong background in management and a deep commitment to serving military members and their families. With a Bachelor of Science from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Public Administration from Arkansas State University, specializing in nonprofit management, Veronica brings a solid educational foundation to her current role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over twenty-five years of management experience, Veronica has honed her skills in various capacities, notably within the Department of Defense as an Army Civilian. Her extensive experience in leadership roles has equipped her with a keen understanding of organizational dynamics, resource allocation, and effective communication.
Veronica's current position allows her to fulfill her passion for serving military members and their families. She plays a pivotal role in connecting service members and their families with valuable local, state, and federal resources. In this capacity, she ensures that military families have access to crucial information regarding medical benefits and providers.
